PET Non-woven Fabric Combined Material DMD,electrical insulation composite film DMD class F
polyester non-woven fabric combined material DMD,electrical insualtion, heat resistance of 155, 0.15-0.4mm thickness.1m width.
DMD was composited by two layers Polyester fiber non-woven fabric and one layer high-melting-point polyester film in the middle, made by thermal calendaring with class F adhesive. The combined material(DMD) has well mechanical, electrical ,heat-resistant properties and excellent saturating property , heat-resisting level reached class of F (155°C). was widely use for interlayer insulation, slot insulation, interturn insulation and gasket insulation in class F transformer, Motor, and other electrical appliances.

The products usually supplied in rolls, the standard roll weight is 50kgs± 5kgs, roll width 1000mm (±) 10mm, the core I.D.is 76mm. it also could supplied in pieces and tapes. Other non-nominal thickness could be supplied also according to customers demands.
